Terms and Conditions

I. RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Returns are not accepted. All products sold by House of Beauty are non-returnable.
2. Used products, machines, lamps, nail devices, and other equipment cannot be returned under any circumstances.
3. No product guarantees individual satisfaction. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their needs.
4. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
5. Furniture orders in particular cannot be cancelled or modified after the order has been confirmed, as they are individually ordered and prepared specifically for the customer.
6. Customers are asked to shop carefully before placing an order.

II. ORDER DISCREPANCIES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

1. Any discrepancy between the ordered product and the delivered product must be reported on the same day the parcel is received.
2. This requirement is stated on the invoice and delivery documentation.
3. The Customer must take clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
4. Photos must be sent to the phone number provided in the order confirmation email or by email on the same day of delivery.
5. Claims submitted after this time may not be accepted.

III. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

1. Each order includes an estimated delivery time shown in the cart and before purchase.
2. The estimated delivery time may be extended by up to 5 additional working days if the product must be transferred from abroad or is ordered on demand.
3. Products that are not available with the "Next Day Delivery" option may require additional processing and transfer time.
4. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the estimated delivery time.

IV. FURNITURE DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT COSTS

1. Transport prices for furniture may slightly change depending on the delivery location.
2. Some locations such as Belfast, Scotland, remote areas, or difficult access locations may require a small additional transport fee.
3. These differences are usually small (for example around £10 for larger orders such as multiple chairs).
4. If any additional cost applies, the Customer will be contacted before dispatch.
5. Transport price differences may occur due to the large weight of furniture and long-distance delivery, which makes it difficult to set one fixed transport price for the entire UK.

V. DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSPORT

1. Any damaged goods must be reported immediately after delivery.
2. Carriers often allow claims only within a few days, and some within 24 hours of delivery.
3. After this period, claims may no longer be possible.
4. The Customer must send photos of:
   - damaged product
   - damaged packaging
   - shipping carton
   - shipping label
5. If the product is damaged in transport, House of Beauty will resend the product if it is available in stock.
6. A refund will be issued within 5 working days only if the product is no longer available for reshipping.

VI. SHIPPING COSTS

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Free shipping promotions do not include return or additional transport costs.
3. House of Beauty does not cover return shipping to manufacturers or distributors.

VII. PAYMENTS

1. We accept PayPal, Klarna, and Wire Transfer.
2. Orders will not be dispatched if payment cannot be successfully processed.
3. House of Beauty reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
   - payment failure
   - technical error
   - product unavailability
   - incorrect pricing (including system error such as £0.00 price)

VIII. SECURITY

1. All payments are secured using SSL encryption.
2. Orders may be subject to security screening to prevent fraud.
3. House of Beauty reserves the right to contact the Customer for verification before dispatch.

IX. TAXES AND DUTIES

1. Deliveries within the EU do not incur import or export duties.
2. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
3. Customers are responsible for checking local regulations and import requirements.
4. House of Beauty is not responsible for additional customs charges.

X. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. International deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK public holidays.
2. Delivery at specific times of the day is not guaranteed.
3. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be sent to the address provided in the payment system (e.g., PayPal).
4. House of Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect address details.
