Semilac Top No Wipe Matt Stone Effect - is a simple way to spectacularly change your favorite manicure, giving the manicure a matte finish with the effect of stones. We have enriched the matte top with small black particles that will easily change any look. Manicure finished with a top is devoid of shine and streaks. It creates a pleasant to the touch "suede" finish. Top No Wipe Matt Stone Effect does not have a dispersion layer. The product does not require cleaning with a Cleaner and has a consistency similar to Semilac Top Mat Total No Wipe. Before each use, mix the product thoroughly.
