HESSI NAILS TOP UV/LED MILKY

Milky top without an inhibition layer. It is perfect for finishing babyboomer styling, for finishing styling using pastel nail polishes, all white and milky hybrid bases and building gels.

How to use: apply a small amount of Top on a suitably hardened layer of any color varnish, base or building gel. We apply a thin layer of the product, which is always hardened in a 48W/60W lamp for 60 seconds. Does not require rinsing with Cleaner.
