Barbie Doll Powder can simply be rubbed into a top coat that leaves a dispersion layer, or you can sprinkle the powder onto the sticky, uncured surface of hybrid polish and then cure everything under a lamp. Do not cover with a top coat afterward!

How to use:
1. Perform any hybrid, gel, or acrylic nail style.
2. Apply a top coat. After curing the dispersion top coat (beautifully shiny), rub the powder in circular motions for a few seconds.
3. Remove any excess powder with a soft brush or brush.
4. Cover the nail again with a top coat, making sure to seal the free edge of the nail thoroughly.
5. Cure the top coat under a 48/60W lamp for 60 seconds.
