You can apply it on hybrid varnishes and pollen.

Instructions: Apply Top on a properly hardened layer of any color varnish. We apply a thin layer of the product, which we always cure in a 48W / 60W 60 seconds lamp. Make Me Matt does not require wiping the dispersion layer.

Ingredients: Acrylates copolymer, HEMA, Silica, Cellulose acetate butyrate, BHT, Dimethicone.
