FROSTY EFFECT- Frost effect - fine texture with shimmering particles in shades of turquoise and gold

Directions for use:
perform any hybrid, gel or acrylic styling, then apply a hybrid varnish in the selected color, sprinkle Frosty Effect pollen on the uncured hybrid varnish and cure in a 48 / 60W lamp for 60 seconds. After curing, remove excess pollen with a soft brush or brush. Ready!
