Peacock Eye pollen is simply rubbed into the top that leaves a dispersion layer or you sprinkle pollen on the sticky, uncured surface of hybrid varnish and then you cure the whole thing in the lamp. You are not TOP!

Directions for use:
do any hybrid, gel or acrylic styling, then apply a topcoat, after hardening the top with dispersion (beautifully shine), rub the dust in with circular movements for a few seconds; remove excess pollen with a soft brush or brush; cover the nail with a top coat again, remembering to carefully secure the free edge of the nail; harden the top in a 48 / 60W lamp for 60 seconds.
