The product fulfills its role as a universal Top Coat for both hybrids and UV gels. Does not leave a dispersion layer - no need to wash the layer after hardening! The product is perfect for use as Base Coat and Top Coat with pollen. Top No Wipe is easy to apply, has the right density, and becomes shiny for a long time after hardening.
