HOW TO USE:

Soak a dust-free cotton swab with CLEANER and wipe each fingernail. Apply subsequent layers of hybrid manicure: base, color and top. After finishing with the sticky dispersion layer, wipe the top with a cotton pad soaked in CLEANER until the dispersion layer completely disappears
