Silver Top was created on the basis of the iconic Top Coat No Wipe from Slowianka. It has a very soft formula so it is very easy and convenient to use. It has a creamy consistency and levels on average, so it does not flood the cuticles. Cure in a UV lamp for 2 minutes.
