Instructions: Matt the plate, and then, in the first step, soak the brush in Nail Prep and apply it to the nails with one stroke. We apply one thin layer and wait for it to be absorbed into the nail plate. We do not cure in a UV / LED lamp.

Ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, Alcohol Denat.
