Step 2 of styling titanium manicure: BASE GEL is a base for titanium manicure with strong adhesive properties, enriched with calcium and vitamin E which helps to nourish the nail plate. The first layer of BASE GEL is applied to the degreased nail plate, after applying the base, immediately dip the nail plate in the titanium powder. The base acts as an adhesive for titanium powder.
