The Dark Body Cover non-leveling construction gel from Slowianka Nail Trends is a beautiful, subtle pink-beige gel, the darkest in the series. Ideal for building artificial nails using various techniques, it is part of a series of non-leveling gels characterized by a unique, modern formula, ideal for salon work. These gels, often colloquially called "jelly gels," are beloved by advanced nail technicians, but their application can be challenging for beginners. Our completely new formula allows for quick and easy work for both experienced and beginner nail technicians.

Dark Body Cover gel is very light and soft to apply, doesn't drag or create "mountains and valleys" during construction. Its thin consistency allows for very quick work without worrying about flooding the cuticles. It is ideal for Dual Forms, as it doesn't flow into the form, as well as for stencils, creating a framework, and building the entire nail in a single layer. It's also great for lengthening the cover egg during French construction and for strengthening the tip of the natural nail, especially on very thin nails, when combined with Tixo gels.

Furthermore, our gels can be used to extend nails without the need for filing, thanks to the appropriate application method. Most uniquely, the colors in this gel series are exactly the same as those in the thixotropic gel series, allowing for perfect blending of these products without worrying about discoloration or color differences. This is especially useful when building nails with non-leveling gels and applying fillers with thixotropic gels, a very popular method among nail technicians.

How to use

The gel can be used in a variety of ways, as it is suitable for all types of extensions: forms, Dual Forms, tips, reconstructions, French manicure constructions, etc. Below is an example of how to use it with forms (single-form extensions):

Apply the form to the previously prepared nail (matted, degreased, and coated with a base coat).

Apply a small amount of gel with a Master Brush 5 or Master Brush 6 and build the framework of the future nail on all five fingernails.

Place your hands in the LED lamp and cure for 2.5 minutes.

Remove the forms, massage a small amount of gel into the nail for glide, and immediately apply more gel. Apply the wet nail structure (preferably using the One Touch system) to all five fingernails and place them in the LED lamp for 30 seconds.

Apply the nail clippers for 10-15 seconds (if necessary) and return to the LED lamp for 2.5 minutes to fully cure.

After curing, remove any stickiness with a cotton pad soaked in cleaner.

File the nail, if necessary, with a 180/240 grit file. Matte the entire surface with a 240 or 260 grit buffing block.

Apply a top coat of your choice and cure in the lamp according to the instructions.

Finally, apply cuticle oil.
