Directions for use:
1. On the previously applied gel polish (preferably black), covered with a top coat with a dispersion layer, gently rub Velvet Effect dust.
2. After rubbing the pollen, the VELVET jewelery effect will appear full of femininity and sex appeal
3. Gently remove excess pollen with a dust brush and it's ready !!
Additional option
4. If you want the VELVET effect to shine and give it a new dimension, use the NO WIPE MollyLac top and cure in the LED / UV lamp
